I expressed my concerns to the receptionist, but her response was dismissive, leaving me feeling unsatisfied. Additionally, the high deposit for the stay raised some financial concerns upon checkout, which seemed disproportionate. The parking situation could also use improvement, as it felt chaotic at times, especially with so many guests. Overall, despite enjoying the hotel's facilities and breakfast, better communication from staff regarding cleaning and clearer policies on deposits would significantly enhance the experience.
